风机盘管/风柜清洗流程：
Fan coil / cabinet cleaning process:
1、防尘布进行现场防护；开启电源，检测风机盘管是否正常运转。
1. The dustproof cloth shall be used for on-site protection; the power supply shall be turned on to check whether the fan coil is in normal operation.
2、用工具拆下风机盘管回风箱（如有）及过滤网。
2. Remove the fan coil return air box (if any) and filter screen with tools.
3、拆下电机及涡轮。
3. Remove the motor and turbine.
4、清洗过滤网及回风箱表面污垢。
4. Clean the dirt on the surface of filter screen and return air box.
5、清扫电机表面及涡轮叶片的污垢。
5. Clean the dirt on the motor surface and turbine blade.
6、将翅片清洗剂喷洒在表冷器上进行反应.
6. Spray the fin cleaner on the surface cooler for reaction
7、待清洗剂与翅片充分反应发泡，将翅片内污垢全部分解后，用便携式专业清洗机将表冷器组翅片冲洗洁净。
7. After the cleaning agent and fins fully react and froth, decompose all the dirt in the fins, wash the fins of the surface cooler group with a portable professional cleaning machine.
8、清洗冷凝水盘、疏通冷凝水管，如出现水管堵塞，可将便携式专业清洗机水枪取下，利用清洗机送水管进行疏通。
8. Clean the condensate pan and dredge the condensate pipe. If the water pipe is blocked, remove the water gun of the portable professional washer and dredge it with the water supply pipe of the washer.
9、安装电机、涡轮、回风箱及过滤器；拆下回风口并擦洗干净；清洗回风口过滤器。安装回风口及回风口过滤网；清洗送风口；
