风管材质及板材厚度：为保障风管系统的洁净度，室内空调、排烟、一般排气风管材料均采用无锌花去油钢板，双面镀锌层重量不低于180g/m2。风管选用的镀锌钢板厚度符合规范规定，法兰下料调直后放在冲床上冲击铆钉孔及螺栓孔。洁净空调、排烟、一般排气系统螺栓、铆钉孔中心距不超过100mm.

风管连接形式：本项目洁净空调风管采用角钢法兰与共板法兰共存的连接方式，洁净风管最长边大于1000mm时采取角钢法兰的连接形式，风管最长边小于1000mm时，采取共板法兰的连接方式，排烟风管采用镀锌角钢法兰的连接形式.

净化空调系统风管的制作风管内表面应平整、光滑，管内不得设有加固框或加固筋。洁净风管不得有横向拼接缝。矩形风管底边宽度小于或等于900mm时，底面不得有拼接缝；大于900mm且小于或等于1800mm时，底面拼接缝不得多于1条；大于1800mm且小于或等于2700mm时，底面拼接缝不得多于2条。当空气洁净度等级为N1级～N5级时，风管法兰的螺栓及铆钉孔的间距不应大于80mm；洁净度等级为N6级～N9级时，不应大于120mm。不得采用抽芯铆钉。对于洁净空调系统镀锌风管最长边大于800mm时采用镀锌角钢外加固的形式。
