1、消防排烟风机安装前应详细检查风机各部件，联接件是否有损伤、松动等现象，若有则及时更换或修正，特别应注意叶轮是否有损坏和擦亮，叶片与风筒之间间隙是否均匀，叶轮旋转方向是否正确。
1. Before the installation of the fire smoke exhaust fan, the components and connecting parts of the fan shall be inspected in detail for damage and looseness. If any, they shall be replaced or corrected in time. In particular, attention shall be paid to whether the impeller is damaged and polished, whether the clearance between the blade and the air duct is uniform, and whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct.
2、消防排烟风机安装基础表面须平整，并须高出屋面100-200毫米，以防渗水、漏水。并须埋好联接螺栓。

3、消防排烟风机安装完毕后进行试运转，在运输前应检查叶片安装角度及电动机功率是否与产品铭牌上所规定的数据相符。若不符则应立即停止使用以防烧坏电机。

4、在使用过程中应经常注意运转是否正常，应及时检修，使用一段时间后应清扫、防尘、并对各注油孔注油润滑。

5、检查紧固螺母，保证紧固粪池模具 路缘石模具 唐山通风管道 塑钢电缆挂钩 钢纤维 钢制拍门 植绒机 铜雕佛像，防止松动。

6、如遇冬季下大雪冰冻时期，必须经常开动消防排烟风机，防止大雪堵塞风机出口。
