1.预制加工
1. Prefabrication processing
按照图纸,画出管道的分路、管径、变径、预留管口以及阀门位置等草图,并做好标记,然后标记出实际准确尺寸。按图纸进行预加工,按管段进行分组标号,阀门试压合格后才能使用。
According to the drawings, draw a sketch of the pipeline's branching, pipe diameter, variable diameter, reserved pipe orifice, and valve position, and mark them, then mark the actual accurate dimensions. Pre processing shall be carried out according to the drawings, grouping and labeling shall be carried out according to pipe sections, and the valve can only be used after passing the pressure test.
2.管子下料
2. Pipe cutting
(1)应严格按照图纸进行,材料在切割前要仔细核对尺寸是否正确。
(1) It should be strictly carried out according to the drawings, and the material should be carefully checked for correct dimensions before cutting.
(2)下料时,要避免出现材料浪费。
(2) When cutting, avoid material waste.
(3)如果管道材质比较特殊的话,应先整体排料,然后再下料,以便控制好管子的用量。
(3) If the pipeline material is relatively special, it should be arranged as a whole before cutting to control the amount of pipe used.
(4)如果使用不锈钢管,那么切割时应使用机械或者等离子切割,其余的可使用火焰切割。
(4) If stainless steel pipes are used, mechanical or plasma cutting should be used during cutting, while flame cutting can be used for the rest.
(5)切口端面的倾斜偏差,不能超过2毫米。
(5) The inclination deviation of the incision end face cannot exceed 2mm.
3.坡口制备

应按照规范要求进行,连接主要是采用焊接。型槽模具 一次性止血带 保定水处理设备 一次性止血带 保定空压机 北京真空泵如果是中、低压管道坡口,宜采用V型;如果是高压管道,则采用YV型坡口。坡口加工应平整,没有任何缺陷。
It should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, and the connection is mainly made by welding. If it is a medium and low pressure pipeline groove, V-shaped should be used; If it is a high-pressure pipeline, use YV groove. The groove processing should be flat and free from any defects.
4.焊口组对

是对管道组对,在这之前要清理管道接口。
