油烟净化器的工作原理

油烟净化器采用的是二段式高低压分离的静电工作原理。电离极板在吸附极板的前端。采用高低压交错的方式。二段式油烟净化器生产成本比较高,但是油烟吸附的面积大。
The oil fume purifier adopts the electrostatic working principle of
two-stage high-low-pressure separation. The ionization plate is at the
front end of the adsorption plate. High and low voltage interleaving is
adopted. The production cost of two-stage lampblack purifier is
relatively high, but the adsorption area of lampblack is large.
1、双频高压离子器。
1. Double frequency high voltage ion generator.
高压离子器都采用的是双频控制原理,并非是一般的单频控制方式(普通油烟净化器)。这样会在产品的稳定性能上得到提高。
The principle of dual frequency control is adopted in high-voltage
ionizer, which is not the general single frequency control mode
(ordinary lampblack purifier). This will improve the stability of the
product.
2、吸附极板的间距。

低压吸附极板的间距决定了产品的有效吸附面积,从而直接影响油烟净化器的净化效率,极板间距为9mm-20mm之间。大大提高了净J效率。
The distance between low-pressure adsorption plates determines the
effective adsorption area of the product, which directly affects the
purification efficiency of the lampblack purifier. The distance between
plates is between 9mm and 20mm. The purification efficiency is greatly
improved.
